Import and crop images - Imports BMP, CALS, CGM (including a single picture from a multi-picture CGM), GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and XWD files into the montage. It also allows cropping any image to the portion of the image needed.
Add elements - Allows adding elements such as text (including rich text annotations and editing), lines, polylines, polygons, ovals, circles, rectangles, squares, open curves, and closed curves.
Distribute elements - Allows quick distribution and spacing of multiple elements and images across the canvas.
Include screen captures - Allows taking screen captures of a defined area, window, or entire desktop and automatically pasting it into an opened or new montage.
Perform operations - Allows performing various operations on the elements, images, and montage; such as resizing, moving, rotating, overlapping, changing color, aligning, and others.
Export to PDF - Exports the montage to a vector PDF file, which can then be used in other applications.
Check out license - Allows checking out a license for use while traveling.
Eliminate whitespace - Allows cropping excess whitespace from the CGM file. In addition, you can use the cropping feature to save only a portion of the CGM file.
Display graphical elements - Turns on or off the primary graphical CGM elements from being viewed and saved, which allows for easier edits.
Add elements - Allows adding simple elements such as rectangles and performing various operations on those elements (i.e., changing color, resizing, aligning, rotating, and others).
Export to PDF - Exports the CGM to a vector PDF file, which can then be used in other applications.
 
Add CGM files - Allows adding CGM files to PowerPoint®, Word®, Excel®, and any other ActiveX container application.
Edit CGM files - Launches an editor for editing CGM files from within the ActiveX container application.
Zoom and pan - Allows zooming in or out and panning on embedded image files to a particular area of interest.
Rotate images - Rotates embedded images inside your report or PowerPoint® presentation.
Check out license - Allows checking out a license for preparing PowerPoint® presentations when traveling.
 
Print large montages - Prints your large montages to your large-format printers, even when using multiple ZEH servers.
Print preview - Allows previewing the montage on your paper as a means of preventing paneling and clipping.
Select printer options - Allows selecting printer specific options so you can obtain the high-quality prints you need.
Schedule job - Schedules the printing of your montage at the time you need it.
