Single solution - Eliminates incompatible printing solutions and reduces the time needed to support your users.
Server-based processing - Offloads processing from user’s workstation and from printers to a server.
Web-based administration - Allows management from any workstation with access to the site’s intranet. Manage queues and printers, schedule jobs to run at specific times, and monitor user activity.
Accounting - Provides detailed accounting data for all print jobs sent through the queueing system. This includes tracking resource usage, the color and amount of ink used per printer, and other data.
Job reprinting - Allows users to save their jobs for reprinting at another time. Users do not wait for large print jobs to reprocess.
Job scheduling - Allows scheduling printing for a later time. A user can schedule a large print for the evening, when loads on the printer and server are at their lowest and the chances
of delaying another job are minimal.
Job tracking - Provides a time tested core queueing and management system allowing the monitoring of print jobs. It provides functions such as prioritizing jobs, moving jobs from queue to queue, and job cancellation.
Submittal options - Provides submittal from ESRI applications or ZEH’s Job Submittal Plus and browser-based interface.
